Who is responsible
Deutsche Vokabeltrainer is operated by Tushar Jejurkar. For privacy questions or requests, email tushar.jejurkar592@gmail.com.
What we process
We process the account details you provide, including your name and email address; your study preferences and word-progress records; feedback; and vocabulary contribution requests. If you opt in to the public contributor list, we also process your chosen public display name and approved contribution count.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide your account, save your learning progress, respond to feedback, review vocabulary contributions, operate the administrator area, prevent misuse of submission forms, and maintain a security audit trail. Account data is processed to provide the service you request. Optional public contributor display is based on your opt-in.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and the application database. Cloudflare provides static web hosting and network delivery after launch. These providers may process technical request data needed to operate and secure the service.
Storage and deletion
Learning data is stored while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app. We remove the public contributor-profile record at deletion; contribution and feedback records may be retained when needed for administration, security, or legal obligations. We review retained administrative records periodically.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile and preferences in the app, withdraw public-contributor visibility, request access or correction, and ask for deletion where applicable. You can also contact the email above with a privacy concern or a request.
Cookies and local storage
The app uses browser storage required to keep you signed in when you choose “Remember me on this device” and to maintain app functionality. We do not currently use advertising or marketing trackers. If analytics or other optional tracking is added, this notice and consent choices will be updated before that change goes live.
